How it works...
- Depending on your system, students may request authorization from their student health provider or contact us independently to receive psychotherapeutic support from a Deeper Than Color therapist.
- Your institution can negotiate a flat rate for 50-minute individual therapy sessions and set a limit on the number of sessions if students are being reimbursed.
- After students have reached their session limit, they can choose to continue with their Deeper Than Color therapist at the negotiated rate or they may choose to end therapy.
Funding Options
Flat Reimbursement:
- Students pay Deeper Than Color directly and are then reimbursed by their institution for clinical fees at a flat rate based on the chosen benefit.
- Your institution negotiates a flat rate with Deeper Than Color. Students are not charged for sessions. Deeper Than Color bills your institution directly at the negotiated rate.
- If students have access to PPO student health insurance, Deeper Than Color will provide access to a direct billing service that will allow students to only pay co-insurance (if their deductible has been met) and the remainder will be directly billed to insurance.
