How I work...
- I integrate relational-psychodynamic and liberatory therapy with mindfulness techniques to help you recognize and deepen awareness of the connection between your body and mind.
- I believe meaningful therapeutic change begins with establishing trust in the collaborative process we cultivate over time.
- Together, we will honor your lived experience and inner knowing, fostering self-awareness and empowerment to shape the life you desire.
- Therapy doesn't always require specific goals—self-discovery is often a winding journey of insights and surprises. I recognize that we each come from unique micro-cultures shaped by our earliest experiences, and I honor the ways you choose to express and explore your story.
- I believe that before we can make meaningful changes, we must first honor and grieve the ways of relating and surviving that once served us but no longer do.
