How I work...
- Building a relationship based on trust, respect, and safety is instrumental in the healing journey.
- I use a strength-based approach, which means that I work with you to idenitify the things about you and your experiance that have led to survival and success. We then work together to build on those strengths and apply them to your current concerns.
- I believe that it is important for you to gain insight into how difficult and traumatic experiences impact your nervous system and help you find ways to heal.
- I use both psychodynamic and somatic theory to help me understand how to help you make the changes that you are looking to make in your life. This means that I find it important to understand both your past experiences and how those experiences might be interacting with you physically in the present.
- Your body (soma) has a voice. As we work to understand that voice, I will help you to incorporate movement and awareness into your regular wellness routine.
- I provide online Therapy for Adolescents (12+) and Adults (18+)
- $300 (Outside of CA - $250) per 45-50 minute individual therapy session
